I work with adults with lifestyle diseases, gut abnormalities, hormonal imbalances , sports nutrition goals, and obesity. My aim is to empower individuals with the knowledge to use food as functional medicine to achieve long term goals and optimal health.

You may already have tried a low carb diet, high protein diet, cutting out carbohydrates altogether, and many other weight-loss diets. But the most effective diet for weight loss is one designed specifically for you by a qualified dietitian. Instilling healthy habits takes time, and practice, patients and perseverance. There are no quick fixes. For some, it could take weeks; others several months, or even years.
